Preparation time:

Method: 

For the cake:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Melt the butter.

In a large bowl, blend: the flour, baking powder, salt and Bourbon Vanilla flavoured sugar.

Add the melted butter and eggs, one by one, stirring constantly, then gradually add the milk until you obtain a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into a cake tin and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Turn out the cake and wait until it is cool before decorating.

For the decoration:



Rinse and hull the strawberries and cut into two.

Pour the very cold single cream into the blender and whip at high speed.

When the cream starts to thicken, pour in the vanilla sugar and continue blending until the whipped cream is firm.

 

With the aid of a spatula, spread the cream all over the cake, stick the marshmallow bears all around it then place the strawberries halves in the centre.
